Title AI Security Engineer Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

Role Overview:

You are the ultimate safeguard for our enterprise deployments. You will ensure that all deployed AI systems are highly secure, strictly compliant, and completely trustworthy across incredibly complex, highly regulated enterprise environments. You will protect enterprise AI at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guardrail Implementation: Implement robust AI guardrails, including strict prompt injection protection and data leakage prevention mechanisms.
• Access Enforcement: Enforce deep IAM integration, ensuring SSO, MFA, and strict Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) dictate AI behavior and data retrieval.
• Continuous Monitoring: Actively monitor AI usage, identify anomalies, and mitigate operational risks in real-time.
• Compliance Alignment: Ensure all AI operations strictly align with global regulatory frameworks and internal enterprise policies.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 5 10 years of specialized experience in cybersecurity and cloud security.
• Domain Expertise: Deep technical experience with complex IAM systems, enterprise data security protocols, and emerging AI risk and governance frameworks.
