Contract Duration: 6 Months
Location: Wisconsin — 90–100% Remote

Position Overview

Client is seeking a State Implementation Manager to oversee implementation activities for its Child Support Modernization Project, which will introduce a new case management system. The selected candidate will coordinate pilot activities, regional rollouts, implementation readiness, and day-to-day activities across internal teams, external stakeholders, and the implementation vendor.

This position reports to the Organizational Change Manager and works closely with the Project Management Team, State Training Manager, and DDI Implementation Manager to ensure successful deployment and organizational readiness.

Relevant Skills and Experience

• Experience managing enterprise software implementations, pilots, and production rollouts.
• Strong project management skills, including schedule tracking, dependency management, risk assessment, and issue resolution.
• Experience developing implementation readiness plans and go-live acceptance criteria.
• Ability to coordinate business, technical, training, and organizational change management teams.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and communicating with diverse stakeholders.
• Understanding of legacy system transitions, parallel operations, and implementation support.
• Strong facilitation, documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Government modernization or case management system experience is beneficial.
