Summary

Requirements

3 or more years of experience in enterprise network infrastructure and LAN administration.
Proficiency in SD-WAN, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and secure authentication services.
Experience with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network switches and wireless access points.
Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity for Windows-based systems and mobile devices.
Experience with creating and maintaining network diagrams and technical design documentation.
Experience in physical equipment installation including racking hardware and working on ladders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Deploy and support enterprise network initiatives including SD-WAN and PKI lifecycle management.
Monitor and remediate critical issues within enterprise network and identity service platforms.
Configure and troubleshoot connectivity and authentication services on Windows and Apple devices.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of network and identity infrastructure components and systems.
Develop and update technical network documentation, diagrams, and coverage reports.
Execute firmware and security upgrades across enterprise network and identity platforms.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to validate network solutions and resolve technical tickets.
