Summary

*Responsibilities:*

- Analyze and optimize production planning and quality management processes

- Configure and implement SAP PP and QM modules

- Work closely with clients to understand business requirements

- Provide end-user training and support

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP PPQM modules

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with other SAP modules

- Develop documentation for system processes and configurations

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with SAP PP and QM modules

- In-depth knowledge of SAP Production Planning and Quality Management processes

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

*Preferred Skills:*

- Certification in SAP PP and/or QM

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA

- Knowledge of manufacturing and production processes
