Summary

We are looking for Salesforce Lead Developer-FSC for our client in Tysons, VA.

Job Title: Salesforce Lead Developer-FSC

Job Location: Tysons, VA

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

1+ years of hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Lightning, and Integrations (REST/SOAP).
Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) is mandatory.
Banking domain experience in Retail, Lending, Customer onboarding, or KYC.
Experience with Salesforce Data 360 / Data Cloud.
Experience with Agentforce (AI, Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, Einstein AI).
Experience with Omni-Channel (routing, messaging, queues, agent capacity).

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end Salesforce design & development (Apex, LWC, APIs).
Implement Financial Services Cloud (FSC) customer 360, onboarding, KYC, lending workflows.
Build unified customer data platform using Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud).
Develop AI-powered solutions using Agentforce (Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, Einstein AI).
Configure Omni-Channel routing & messaging (chat, voice, digital).
Design scalable integrations & architecture across enterprise systems.
Lead code reviews and delivery execution.

Nice to Have:

MuleSoft / integration experience.
CI/CD tools (Autorabit, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).
Salesforce security & compliance.

Qualification And Education:

Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
FSC Accredited Professional certification.
Data Cloud / AI certifications.
