Qualifications

10 to 15 years of experience in Test Data Management, Synthetic Data Generation, and Data Masking.
Strong hands-on and architectural experience with TDM tools such as GenRocket, K2View, Delphix, IBM Optim, Broadcom TDM, or similar platforms.
Deep expertise in synthetic data modeling, masking techniques, data obfuscation, and subsetting strategies.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DB2, or Snowflake.
Experience supporting performance, load, and large-scale regression testing data requirements.
Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS) and secure data handling practices.
Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive enterprise change.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Added / Preferred Skill Sets

Experience building or integrating API-driven or agent-based TDM platforms.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling, and environment orchestration.
Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
Experience with TDM assessments, maturity models, and enterprise transformation programs.
Strong consulting mindset with experience working in regulated industries (banking, insurance, healthcare, telecom).

In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range for this role is $60 – $65/hr. Actual compensation depends on experience and interview evaluation.
