Who we're looking forToyota's SCaFT - TLS Transformation is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Sr business Analyst (Product Owner).
The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the Implementation and success of our digital solutions for Toyota Logistics Services department by bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. This role is responsible for defining and prioritizing Business and technology demand, ensuring that the implementation team delivers high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives and Toyota remains compliance to its legal obligations. This role requires a deep understanding of off the shelve product implementation, project management best practices, the software implementation life cycle process, technologies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Reporting to the Manager and Transformation Lead, the person in this role will support the SCAFT - TLS Transformation objective to partner with our TLS customers to provide high value business services, solutions and support to meet their business requirements and needs.
What you'll be doing- Develop and maintain product strategy, product vision, product backlog and product roadmap & collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather/prioritize business requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams spanning Product, Engineering, Design, QA, Analytics and Business Operations in an Agile environment and act as a liaison to translate functional requirements to NFRs.
- Provide design thinking skills and oversight for complex technical products and initiatives related to large-scale applications, systems, databases, and/or other technical products and services.
- Bridge the gap between executive business strategy, complex data ecosystems, and engineering execution, transforming ambiguous business challenges into scalable products.
- Own the complete lifecycle of product with deep expertise in both data products and customer-facing applications.
- Experience in aligning diverse stakeholder groups across operations, finance, engineering, supply chain, and executive leadership to drive successful product outcomes.
- Provide strong understanding of both business and technical aspects of delivering products on cloud platforms.
What you bring- Bachelors degree in business, Information Technology, Product Development/Implementation or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in delivering digital transformation initiatives as a Sr. Analyst or Product Owner or a Product Manager.
- Cloud certification or understanding of cloud concepts.
- Experience developing clear, compelling, and effective business cases
- Logistics experience
- Data analytics experience using big data tools and concepts.
Added bonus if you have - Masters degree in business, Information Technology, Product Development/Implementation or a related field.
- Product Owner or Certified Product Manager credentials.
- Experience using Power BI, Lucid, or other visualization tools to create executive-ready reporting and presentations
- Familiarization with TLS operations and value proposition
- IT/Data experience
