We're looking for talented team members who want to Dream. Do. Grow. with us.

An important part of the Toyota family is Toyota Financial Services (TFS), the finance and insurance brand for Toyota and Lexus in North America. While TFS is a separate business entity, it is an essential part of this world-changing company- delivering on Toyota's vision to move people beyond what's possible. At TFS, you will help create best-in-class customer experience in an innovative, collaborative environment.

To save time applying, Toyota does not offer sponsorship of job applicants for employment-based visas or any other work authorization for this position at this time.

This position is based in Plano, TX.

Who we're looking for

The Technical Product Manager (TPM) will be responsible for defining the mission and priorities that drive efficiencies, innovation, and improvements to support the achievement of the domain OKRs.

What you'll be doing

The position requires regular and effective partnership with Data and analytics, operations, business stakeholders, and procurement as well as cross-functional product teams to enhance technology and process modernization.

This involves leading quality delivery of capabilities, software development, and/or data reporting while mitigating TFS's risk exposure. The TPM is responsible for maximizing the return on investment, enabling business value/results, and managing stakeholder expectations.

The TPM's main responsibilities include:

  • Own end-to-end product delivery, including roadmap execution, business process design, and agile backlog refinement.
  • Collaborate across teams and stakeholders to define high-value solutions, manage dependencies, and drive change.
  • Lead planning, resource allocation, and financial oversight to ensure optimal value for funding received.
  • Track product lifecycle metrics and communicate release updates to internal and external audiences.
  • Maintain vendor and partner relationships while staying current on industry trends through events and training.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's Degree from Accredited 4-year college or university; and/or related commensurate experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant / progressive work experience (in a similar field and/or industry).
  • Proven experience in requirement gathering & analysis and product management.
  • Experience working with technical teams and operating in an agile environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills and business acumen.

Added bonus if you have

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is preferred.
  • Understanding of financial analysis and Lending terms is preferred.

What we'll bring

During your interview process, our team can fill you in on all the details of our industry-leading benefits and career development opportunities. A few highlights include:

  • A work environment built on teamwork, flexibility, and respect.
  • Professional growth and development programs to help advance your career, as well as tuition reimbursement.
  • Team Member Vehicle Purchase Discount.
  • Toyota Team Member Lease Vehicle Program (if applicable).
  • Comprehensive health care and wellness plans for your entire family.
  • Toyota 401(k) Savings Plan featuring a company match, as well as an annual retirement contribution from Toyota regardless of whether you contribute.
  • Paid holidays and paid time off.
  • Referral services related to prenatal services, adoption, childcare, schools, and more.
  • Tax advantaged Accounts (Health Savings Account, Health Care FSA, Dependent Care FSA).
  • Relocation assistance (if applicable).
