Summary

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Analytics Lead to drive long-term portfolio forecasting, strategic planning, and commercial analytics across our global biopharmaceutical portfolio. This role will partner with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Finance, Market Access, R&D, and Executive Leadership to evaluate pipeline opportunities, support portfolio prioritization, and deliver data-driven insights that shape strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead revenue forecasting and long-term portfolio planning for pipeline and in-line products.
Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to support portfolio investment decisions.
Partner with Commercial, Finance, Market Research, Market Access, and Competitive Intelligence teams to assess market opportunities.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership and portfolio governance teams.
Support portfolio prioritization, valuation, and long-range financial planning.
Drive continuous improvement of forecasting methodologies, analytics processes, and reporting capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in portfolio analytics, strategic planning, finance, business analytics, management consulting, or related fields.
Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, portfolio evaluation, and business case development.
Advanced Excel and analytical skills with experience managing large datasets.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
3+ years of biopharmaceutical industry experience.
Experience evaluating licensing, acquisition, or external innovation opportunities.
Scientific background and/or consulting experience preferred.
