Job#: 3033176 Job Description: Senior Product Manager, Pharma AnalyticsContract to HireSoho, NY (Hybrid 1-2 times a week) or Remote with travel to SohoScope:- As a Senior Product Manager within the A&BC organization, you will lead the end-to-end development and launch of analytics-powered applications tailored for pharmaceutical and life science customers. This role requires a strong understanding of product management, data analytics, and healthcare data, along with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
- You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business, data engineering, data science, and design, to bring innovative analytics-focused products to market. Additionally, you will play a key role in mentoring junior product managers and contributing to the overall product strategy.
About this Group:- New line of business for the Analytics
- Focus areas are what insights are most compelling or energizing to consumers, and how can we identify the themes that generate the strongest engagement? These findings will directly inform our Analytics team's priorities.
Team Size & Breakdown:- Engineers, Data Scientist, Tech Leaders, total is around 10 people total/
- 3+ years' experience working in Agile environments, using product management and delivery tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
High-Level Individual Duties:- Evaluate competitor products to pinpoint the most critical features and commercial levers-such as pricing and licensing-that should inform our product roadmap.
Must-Haves (Concepts & Tools):- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong focus on analytics or data-driven products.
- 3-5+ years of experience in pharma commercial analytics
- 3+ years' experience working in Agile environments, using product management and delivery tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience with user stories, backlog refinement, prioritization, roadmap planning, strategic planning, product vision, and stakeholder engagement.
What Will Win (formerly known as "Nice-to-Haves"):- Experience supporting the development of data visualization tools, with particular emphasis on Tableau.
- Experience in or with the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, particularly supporting commercial, clinical, or market access analytics.
Education- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (e.g., Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) is required.
- Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, MPH, or MBA) is preferred.
