Technical Program Product Manager - Technical Program Product Manager III

Location: North Reading, Massachusetts (Onsite)

Compensation: $77 - $87 hourly

Role Overview

This organization is seeking a Contract Manager to support a rapidly growing robotics and automation business. This role will lead contract negotiations with suppliers, draft and manage contracts for robotics components and services, and act as a key point of contact for cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and finance. The position supports the development, deployment, and scaling of industrial robotics solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead contract negotiations and draft various agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and purchase agreements.
  • Manage and document third-party contractual relationships related to robotics hardware, software, and integration services.
  • Develop and maintain mechanisms to track contract milestones, supplier obligations, and deliverables.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders to address supply chain and commercial issues.
  • Support procurement strategy and manage supplier relationships.
  • Handle a high volume of contracts and projects with minimal guidance.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in contracts management, procurement, or supply chain, with a preference for hardware or manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrated written communication skills with experience drafting NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and purchase agreements.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of contracts and projects independently.
  • Experience in a hardware-focused industry such as manufacturing, robotics, automation, aerospace, or automotive.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within robotics, automation, or industrial manufacturing supply chains.
  • A JD or paralegal certification.
