Project Manager / Project Lead – SC
We are hiring an experienced Project Manager / Project Lead for a 12-month contract with possible extension.
Location: South Carolina
Work Mode: 100% Onsite
Candidate Requirement: Must be a current SC resident – No relocation
Interview: 1 Round Onsite
Certification: PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM required/in progress
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of IT Project Management
- 3+ years of Agile & Waterfall project management
- 3+ years of Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development
- 3+ years of Risk Management
- 3+ years of Resource Management
- 3+ years of Change Management
- 3+ years of Budget Planning
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, IT, or related field
Preferred:
- Process Improvement
- Financial & Accounting principles
- Mortgage industry knowledge
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple agency-wide projects through planning, solicitation, vendor selection, contract negotiation, implementation, migration, archival, and legacy application sunset. Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and agency leadership while managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and deliverables.
