Senior Trade Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Trade Manager in Frisco, TX.

Duties:
* Senior Trade Manager will lead and oversee multiple operational programs or service categories across a large, distributed organization
* Develop scalable strategies, processes, and standards that improve efficiency, service delivery, and overall program performance
* Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and process improvement to support continued growth
* Use reporting, analytics, and performance trends to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement
* Translate data and operational insights into actionable business recommendations and decisions
* Manage vendor and service-provider performance through established KPIs, business reviews, and accountability measures
* Build strong vendor relationships while maintaining service expectations, performance standards, and cost effectiveness
* As a Senior Trade Manager, you will support vendor selection, sourcing, and competitive bid processes as needed
* Lead, coach, and develop team members while promoting accountability, independence, and strategic thinking
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve challenges, align priorities, and achieve business objectives
* Continuously evaluate programs and processes to ensure they remain scalable and effective as business needs evolve

REQUIREMENTS:
* Demonstrated experience with vendor management, performance measurement, KPIs, and service-level expectations
* Experience leading large-scale, complex operational programs, service portfolios, facilities programs, or similar initiatives
* Experience using data and analytics to evaluate performance, identify trends, and support business decisions
* Experience leading and developing teams, with an emphasis on accountability and professional growth
* Strong business acumen with the ability to understand operational services without requiring deep technical specialization
* Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills
* Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Proven ability to develop scalable processes and manage high-volume operations across multiple locations or business units
* Ability to work effectively in an evolving environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
* Experience with sourcing, vendor selection, RFP processes, automation, or process improvement is preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
