Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Irving, TX that is seeking a Product Manager.

Responsibilities:
* Lead product discovery by gathering stakeholder and user feedback, reviewing existing processes, and documenting workflows, business rules, dependencies, and pain points
* Define product requirements, MVP scope, priorities, and expected outcomes for new and existing digital solutions
* Partner with business, operations, supply chain, compliance, and technology teams to translate complex needs into scalable product solutions
* Create and maintain product requirements, process flows, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs
* Collaborate with design, engineering, architecture, QA, and business teams throughout the product development lifecycle
* Participate in Agile ceremonies, including planning, refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
* Identify risks, dependencies, gaps, and tradeoffs while helping teams resolve issues and maintain delivery timelines
* Coordinate user and stakeholder feedback during prototypes, pilots, and product evaluations
* Communicate product scope, decisions, progress, risks, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Use data, user feedback, and business needs to continuously improve product functionality and user experience

REQUIREMENTS:
* 4+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role supporting digital products or technology solutions
* Strong experience with product discovery, requirements gathering, process documentation, and workflow analysis
* Experience creating epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs using tools such as Jira or similar platforms
* Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams and supporting iterative product delivery
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex or incomplete requirements
* Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities, dependencies, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with supply chain, retail, order management, invoicing, vendor platforms, shipment processing, or operational technology is preferred
* Exposure to regulatory, compliance, traceability, or data-management requirements is a plus
* Experience supporting prototypes, MVPs, or product evaluations is preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
