Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Develop, modify, test, and maintain Java-based applications according to business and technical requirements.
- Analyze application issues, logs, and system behavior to identify root causes and implement appropriate resolutions.
- Collaborate with development, testing, and business teams to troubleshoot defects and validate application changes.
- Maintain technical documentation, support incident resolution activities, and identify opportunities for application and process improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
5+ years of experience in Java development, application troubleshooting, production support, or related software development roles.
