Job Title - Data Solution Architect
Location – St Louis, MO(Remote)
Duration: 12+ Months
Rate: $60/HR on W2
Job Details:
Role Overview:
The Data Solution Architect (DSA) is responsible for reviewing/assessing existing data
architecture and platform components. Also responsible for designing, implementing and
managing the data solutions. The DSA will work in a collaborative team environment to assess
requirements, define data/technical strategy and deliver solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Review/Assess existing data architecture and platform components, and define potential
future data architecture roadmap/direction aligning to business objectives, data integrity,
availability and security
Discover, analyze and scope data requirements & create high level process models to
represent processes for the area under analysis
Hands on Data Modeling for Operational Data Store and Data Warehouse applications
HL7 to Target Data Model and Target Data Model to FHIR Mapping
Extensive Extracts strategy and reusable framework design
Qualification & Skills Required:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in Computer Science or Information
Technology or related field
10+ years of experience in data strategy, architecture, data integration with at least 5
years in Architect role
Healthcare domain experience
Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale data architectures
Strong experience in modern data architecture patterns
Strong hands-on experience with cloud data solutions. Particularly with Google Cloud Platform services
like BigQuery, DataForm, Dataproc, DataFlow, CloudSQL, Spanner, etc
Implementation experience of cloud architecture patterns
Expertise in ETL/ELT Tools, Services and frameworks for handling large scale data
processing
Exposure various data integration patterns supporting batch, near realtime, real time with
hands on implementation experience including Tools, API, pub/sub, etc
Hands on reusable extracts framework and components design
Hands on third party integration experience with Salesforce, etc
Experience with Microservices architecture preferred
Proficiency in programming languages and scripting for automation
Strong Data Modeling experience
Proficiency with a range of database systems and hands on experience in data
warehousing technologies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
