Instructional Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Instructional Designer in Tualatin, OR.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop and maintain engaging and effective learning solutions using Articulate Storyline 360, and Camtasia
* Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME's) to understand design needs and determine the best learning solutions
* Lead the design and implementation of adult learning experiences that close skill gaps
* Ensure that adult learning, learning design, and company branding standards are applied and followed

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience designing and developing online learning
* Experience managing projects, including scope and schedule
* Proven experience as an Instructional Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in Articulate Storyline 360 and Camtasia
* Experience applying adult learning principles, theories, concepts, and development
* Familiarity and expertise with multiple technologies and modalities, as well as practical experience in the application of training development models
* Well-versed and extremely proficient in PowerPoint as a design tool, as well as the other Microsoft 365 suite tools
* Experience with learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360/Rise and Camtasia
* Ability to design creative solutions using an iterative and collaborative approach
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to communicate with global Subject Matter Experts and colleagues

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
