Graphic Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client located in Beaverton, Oregon (OR) that is looking for a Production Graphic Designer for the Golf Production Artist Apparel Digital Design team.

Overview:
The candidate will support the company's golf brand by placing/adding logos to exciting blank products for tournament and golf leagues. This role is on the production side of design and for performance based products. The ideal candidate is a designer who loves the technical details of the graphic process as well as finding new ways of working. We are experts at putting art on both physical prototypes and digital renders. This role amplifies design by delivering flawless, production-ready files. This candidate needs to have a creative mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, while keeping production moving forward.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Apparel/Fashion Design or related field or equivalent combination of education, experience and training
* Portfolio schematic examples, production examples, 3-5 examples with relevant to logo usage
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in a design and/or production environment
* Knowledge of Apparel product creation and product life cycles
* Proficient knowledge of Illustrator and Adobe Suite
* Proficient in sketching, layout, print and pattern, and color theory
* Knowledge of graphic applications such as ink types and trim substrates
* Expert-Level listening, communication and organizational skills
* Ability to navigate ambiguity while continuing to collaborate with the team
* Laser focused on the critical details that often get missed
* Ability to multi-task amidst competing priorities
* Curiosity for learning and building a strong design community
* Experience in 3D apparel programs (CLO or Browzwear) is a plus
* Understanding of Smartsheet, Airtable, and Miro is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
