NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Business Analyst / Data Analyst - M&A Program to support Technology Management Office (TMO) initiatives, with a strong focus on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) programs. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of analytical expertise, reporting excellence, documentation skills, and strong stakeholder communication.
This role will work closely with cross-functional business and technology teams to provide insights, track program progress, and support executive-level reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Support M&A programs and TMO initiatives through data analysis, reporting, and documentation
- Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas)
- Create clear, concise PowerPoint presentations for leadership updates, steering committees, and program reviews
- Produce and maintain high-quality program documentation, including requirements, status reports, RAID logs, and process flows
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and actionable insights
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into meaningful analytics and reports
- Support governance, tracking, and reporting across multiple workstreams
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across geographies through strong written and verbal communication
Required Qualifications- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
- 5+ years of experience supporting M&A programs, large-scale transformations, or enterprise initiatives
- 5+ years of strong proficiency in:
- Power BI (dashboard creation, data modeling, reporting)
- Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions)
- Microsoft PowerPoint (executive-ready presentations)
- Strong experience in reporting, documentation, and data analysis
- Solid understanding of technical concepts and ability to work with technology teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working within a Technology Management Office (TMO) or PMO environment
- Prior experience in post-merger integration (PMI) activities
- Exposure to enterprise systems, data platforms, or cloud environments
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams
- East Coast availability to align with business stakeholders

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($45.00-53.00/Hour). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
