Position Title: 3rd shift Network Technician
Location: Montgomery, AL (On-Site)

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Position Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Network Operations Support Technician to join a dynamic 24/7 support team in Montgomery, Alabama. This full-performance role involves monitoring and maintaining critical statewide LAN/WAN networks, including wireless, VPN, point-to-point, and campus configurations across multiple agencies. You will be responsible for responding to network alarms, troubleshooting issues, updating incident records, and supporting the reliability of voice and data services. The position requires shift work, including training on 2nd and 1st shifts before transitioning to the overnight schedule (12am - 8am). Top Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience with LAN/WAN maintenance and support
- Minimum 1 year of call center or service desk experience
- Knowledge of voice and data circuits with troubleshooting skills
- Experience with incident management systems such as ServiceNow or Remedy
- At least 1 year of systems analysis or service desk experience
- High School Diploma or GED
