Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tealium iQ Developer with strong hands-on expertise in tag management, JavaScript development, and front-end technologies. The ideal candidate will support both development and production support activities in parallel, ensuring seamless implementation and maintenance of digital tracking solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Core Technical Skills

• 6+ years of overall experience in web development and tag management.

• Strong hands-on experience with Tealium iQ.

• Proficiency in:

  • JavaScript

  • HTML

  • CSS

• Experience implementing and managing tracking tags, extensions, and load rules.

• Strong understanding of browser debugging tools and data layer architecture.

Development & Support

• Willingness to work on both development and support activities simultaneously.

• Troubleshoot and resolve tag deployment issues across environments.

• Coordinate with analytics and marketing teams to validate tracking requirements.

• Perform QA and validation of tracking implementations before production release.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

• Experience with digital analytics integrations (e.g., Adobe/Google Analytics).

• Knowledge of performance optimization and page load improvements.

• Familiarity with Agile and release management processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy tags using Tealium iQ.

• Develop custom JavaScript extensions and data layer mappings.

• Maintain and support tracking implementations across multiple applications.

• Debug and resolve production issues related to tag firing and tracking.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and implement analytics requirements.

• Ensure compliance with digital governance and performance standards.
