Enterprise Applications Developer (Accela)

Summary

A recognized services company in California is seeking a new Applications Developer specializing in Accela to join their growing team in San Diego.

About the Opportunity:

Schedule: Full-time

Hours: 40 hours per week

Setting: Hybrid (3 days a week)

Responsibilities:

Leading and contributing to Accela development, including scripting and configuration

Designing and developing SSRS reports with complex datasets

Building and maintaining ASP.NET/.NET applications and APIs

Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions

Translating business requirements into technical designs

Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

3+ years of JavaScript Development experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience with Accela development/configuration

Strong proficiency in ASP.NET/.NET

Proficiency in SQL and SSRS report development

Experience with enterprise Windows Server environments

Understanding of SDLC methodologies

Excellent communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Desired Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field

Advanced .NET experience

Experience supporting Accela in Government or large-scale Enterprise environments

Background in Application Testing or Quality Assurance

Exposure to AWS services
