Job Title: Change Management Consultant 
Location:  Preference is to be located in Binghampton, NY or Augusta, ME where the client location is but the role will mainly be remote with up to 25% travel as needed.

Job Description: 
Translates and interprets technical, functional, process, and procedural related information into tactical end user focused information. Develops and carries out the internal communications and stakeholder engagement plan for the assigned operating companies. Creates audience-specific messages, awareness campaigns, leadership talking points, newsletters, FAQs and engagement events that build understanding of, and support. Supports the Change Network by preparing materials and gathering feedback. Tracks communication effectiveness and sentiment so that messaging can be adjusted as the program moves through each phase.

• Strong storyteller and content creator across formats (email, intranet, video, presentations)

• Uses data to measure reach, engagement and sentiment, and adjusts based on results
