Summary

Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking a Workday HCM Lead. This role is 100% Remote.

Part-time Hours: ~12 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and direction for Workday enhancements and optimization
  • Guide the implementation of new Workday modules
  • Lead strategy and planning for talent management
  • Lead strategy and planning for compensation policy
  • Lead strategy and planning for learning management philosophy
  • Drive Workday HCM strategy, process, and policy decisions
  • Apply data analytics to inform HCM decisions and measure the impact of Workday enhancements

Requirements:
  • Prior healthcare experience
  • Hands-on leadership experience with Workday HCM
  • Experience guiding the implementation of new Workday modules
  • Experience in talent management, compensation, and learning management strategy
  • Strong background in process design, policy, and data analytics
  • Workday Certifications highly preferred
