Job Title: Oracle Retail MFCS Technical Architect

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Retail MFCS Technical Architect with strong implementation expertise in Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service (MFCS). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading Oracle Retail implementations, solution architecture, integrations, data migration, and technical design for large-scale retail environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Retail MFCS implementation projects.
- Design and architect Oracle Retail Merchandising solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Develop technical architecture, integration frameworks, and deployment strategies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to define solution roadmaps.
- Design and support integrations between MFCS and other retail applications.
- Lead data migration, conversion, and reconciliation activities.
- Provide technical leadership during development, testing, deployment, and production support phases.
- Perform solution reviews and ensure adherence to Oracle Retail best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide resolution strategies.
Required Skills
- 10–15+ years of IT experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service (MFCS).
- Proven experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Retail MFCS implementation.
- Experience with Oracle Retail Merchandising Suite and Retail integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle databases, SQL, PL/SQL, and web services.
- Experience with cloud-based retail solutions and integration frameworks.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Ability to lead technical teams and interact with business stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Oracle Retail applications such as RMS, ReSA, RPM, RIB, and RIHA.
- Experience working in large retail enterprise environments.
- Oracle Retail Cloud certifications are a plus.
