Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Technical Leader to drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytics solutions and Large Language Model (LLM) based applications. This role involves leading end-to-end AI system architecture, building scalable and secure cloud-based solutions, and developing intelligent applications using modern frameworks. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure high engineering standards, and provide technical leadership and mentorship while delivering high-impact, production-ready AI solutions in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical vision, architecture, and execution of advanced analytics systems, predictive models, and Large Language Models (LLMs) at scale.
- Design, develop, fine-tune, and optimize LLMs for use cases such as text generation, translation, summarization, question answering, and code generation.
- Build and orchestrate LLM-powered applications using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph, enabling multi-step reasoning and agent-based workflows.
- Develop and deploy scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform, ensuring high availability, security, and cost optimization.
- Design and develop robust APIs and microservices using FastAPI and related frameworks to expose AI/ML capabilities for enterprise applications.
- Implement end-to-end model lifecycle management, including training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization in production environments.
- Apply secure software development principles, including secure coding practices and implementation of authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Perform code reviews and audits to maintain engineering standards, architectural best practices, and governance compliance.
- Collaborate with data scientists, senior data scientists, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality data pipelines and solution delivery aligned to business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements & plan sprints, and deliver high-quality software applications/solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, support effort estimation, ensure milestone adherence, and provide technical mentorship and leadership to junior engineers.
- Assist in effort estimation and meeting project deadlines.
- Actively participate in Agile team activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
