Role Overview
We are looking for a Client Success/Account Manager to manage and grow existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities within accounts. Candidates should be able to join at the earliest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow client accounts and relationships
  • Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling
  • Engage with CXO, VP, and Director-level stakeholders
  • Ensure client satisfaction, governance, and regular communication
  • Identify new opportunities through existing accounts and referrals
  • Manage client escalations and ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with delivery teams for successful execution
  • Handle multiple accounts with an ownership mindset

Required Experience

  • 7+ years in Client Success / Account Management (IT Services)
  • Proven track record in account growth and client retention
  • Experience with mid-sized IT services firms (2,000 10,000 employees, India HQ)
  • Exposure to the offshore delivery model
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • 3 4 years of stability in the current/previous organisation preferred
  • Preferred Domains:- BFSI, Insurance, Hi-Tech, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Airlines, Telecom
