Role Overview
We are looking for a pure hunter sales professional with a strong track record of new logo acquisition in the US IT Services market. This role is focused on building a business from scratch and driving end-to-end sales. Candidates should be able to join at the earliest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive greenfield sales and new client acquisition
  • Build a pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and social selling
  • Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
  • Consistently close 1 2 deals per month
  • Sell IT Services offerings across Managed Services, Project-based, Cloud, Data/AI, and ServiceNow.
  • Engage with CXO, VP, and Director-level stakeholders
  • Manage complex deals with long sales cycles (6 12 months)
  • Collaborate with pre-sales teams; post-sales execution is handled by the delivery team
  • Maintain pipeline tracking and forecasting

Required Experience

  • Strong experience in US IT Services sales (hunter role)
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation
  • Experience with mid-sized IT services firms (2,000 10,000 employees, India HQ)
  • Exposure to the offshore delivery model
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • 3 4 years of stability in the current/previous organisation preferred
  • Preferred Domains
    BFSI, Insurance, Hi-Tech, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Airlines, Telecom
