Summary

The Sales Agent demonstrates solid sales experience in IT Services, promoting IT Consulting Services, Turn-Key Solutions, Managed Services, and Cybersecurity solutions, and will have experience with Staff Augmentation, Cloud platforms, and projecting & forecasting demand. They also partner with internal account managers and delivery engagement managers to develop & present proposals that convey business needs, project approach and solutions. This is a fully remote position, although occasional travel might be required to meet with clients or attend industry events.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Identify business opportunities and trends for staffing & end-to-end IT consulting solutions
  • Create lead generation & identify new opportunities with existing, former, and new clients and strategic partners
  • Qualify clients by determining needs, ability-to-buy, and decision-making capability
  • Serve as a true Hunter by selling consulting solutions to a wide portfolio of clients
  • Partners with internal account managers and delivery engagement managers to develop & present proposals that convey business needs, project approach and solutions

Qualifications & Key Skills:

  • Must have experience in IT Services Sales
  • Experience with Cybersecurity Services sales is preferred
  • Have some experience with Staff Augmentation
  • Familiar with Oracle, AWS, and Microsoft Azure Cloud platforms
  • Consistently meets revenue targets & margin responsibilities
  • Forward-thinking, and is able to project and forecast demand

  • Able to communicate effectively across all levels of management
  • Able to work both independently and in collaboration with members of a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills
