Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)

Our clients Crypto Services team seeks a Success Engineer to support internal teams using cryptographic platforms.

This hybrid role combines backend engineering, developer advocacy, and platform enablement.

Responsibilities:

Support developer onboarding to cryptographic services
Build tools, libraries, and automation
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
Improve documentation and workflows
Guide teams on APIs, architecture, and best practices

Requirements

Strong Java (backend, APIs, system design)
Experience with distributed systems
Familiarity with monitoring tools (Splunk, Grafana)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Knowledge of PKI, mTLS, encryption, certificates
Experience with developer platforms, onboarding systems, or secure protocols
Additional languages: Python, Go, Bash

Ideal Candidate : A strong Java backend engineer with system design and debugging expertise, who enjoys enabling other developers and has exposure to security/cryptography systems.
