Job Overview: The IT Project Manager IV will play a critical role in supporting the HR Technology Transformation Project under the DT Finance Systems Support initiative. This position involves managing and delivering technology implementation projects, ensuring governance, risk, and controls, and leading organizational effectiveness. The role requires a strong background in financial budget management, stakeholder management, and roadmap leadership. The assignment is for 1 year with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities: - Define, deliver, and support strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
- Conduct technological research aligned with organizational goals, strategies, and user needs.
- Coordinate resources and timetables to complete projects effectively.
- Conduct system audits to verify application results and ensure quality.
- Implement disaster recovery, back-up procedures, and information security measures.
- Evaluate organizational outcomes, identify problems, and recommend IT strategies and policies.
- Manage financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, and analyzing variances.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
- Stay current on state-of-the-art practices to maintain professional and technical knowledge.
- Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as needed.
Qualifications: - Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in the IT industry, including development work and customer interaction.
- PMP Certification is required.
- Top skills include governance risk and controls, people leadership, financial budget management, technology implementation, and stakeholder management.
- Nice-to-have certifications or experience: Advanced ITIL certification, enterprise architecture, technology research methodologies, ScrumMaster, or PMI ACP.

Pay Range: $65 - $70/Hr
