Job Overview: The Operations Analyst I will play a critical role in supporting global Geo Expansion and Transformation programs, ensuring scalable, compliant, and efficient operational readiness across new markets. This position involves close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders such as HR, Payroll, Legal, Finance, IT, and Benefits to drive governance, operational execution, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, operational, and stakeholder management skills to help the organization successfully launch and scale operations in new geographies while aligning with enterprise strategy and governance frameworks.
Responsibilities: - Support planning and execution of global geo expansion and transformation initiatives.
- Contribute to building scalable frameworks and governance models for launching operations in new markets.
- Coordinate operational readiness across key functions such as HR, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, Compliance, and IT.
- Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and overall program progress.
- Develop and maintain scorecards, dashboards, and KPIs to track geo expansion success.
- Analyze operational data and provide insights to support leadership decision-making.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance scalability, efficiency, and compliance.
- Build strong relationships with global and regional stakeholders.
- Ensure programs follow governance frameworks, risk management, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications: - Demonstrated experience in project or program management, preferably in transformation or global expansion initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to work in cross-functional and global environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in reporting, dashboards, and metrics tracking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, HR, or related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, or Transformation.
- Knowledge of global compliance, employment, and operational readiness.
