About the Role
We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented leader to drive executive communications, research, content development, and technology strategy initiatives for senior leadership. This role operates at the intersection of Strategy, Operations, Research, and Executive Storytelling, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and C-level executives.
The ideal candidate can transform complex data, business insights, and technology initiatives into compelling narratives, executive presentations, board-level content, and strategic recommendations that influence decision-making and accelerate business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Research & Insights
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify strategic opportunities, industry trends, competitive insights, and growth initiatives.
- Analyze complex business and technology data to develop actionable recommendations.
- Form insight-backed hypotheses and create strategic frameworks to support executive decision-making.
- Drive research initiatives from problem definition through analysis, recommendations, and execution.
Executive Content & Communications
- Create executive-level presentations, board materials, strategic reports, and leadership communications.
- Develop compelling narratives that translate technical and business outcomes into clear, impactful stories.
- Support leadership reviews, operational reviews, strategy discussions, and executive forums.
- Synthesize information from multiple stakeholders into concise executive messaging.
Thought Leadership & Content Strategy
- Develop strategic content including white papers, executive briefs, point-of-view documents, and thought leadership materials.
- Collaborate with product and technology leaders to articulate business value, innovation strategy, and organizational impact.
- Build content that supports internal and external executive communications.
Cross-Functional Strategy & Program Leadership
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive strategic initiatives.
- Lead complex, cross-functional programs from ideation through implementation.
- Establish operating models, governance frameworks, and strategic planning mechanisms.
- Influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across diverse teams.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Programs, Strategy & Operations, Chief of Staff, Technology Strategy, Management Consulting, Research, or Executive Communications.
- Experience supporting executive leadership within SaaS, FinTech, Cloud, Platform, or Enterprise Software organizations.
- Proven ability to conduct research, generate insights, and influence strategic business decisions.
- Strong executive presentation, storytelling, and content development skills.
- Experience creating board-level materials, executive reviews, and strategic communications.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
