Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Conduct root cause analysis of process deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, work instructions, and P&IDs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and process integration.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Lead process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and equipment to enhance production capabilities.
Recommended Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes using tools like Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Strong understanding of process control systems, instrumentation, and data analysis.
- Experience with root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for process deviations.
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II) and CAD tools.
Bonus Qualifications- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
- Experience with simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic)
- Proficiency in a programming language for data analysis (e.g., Python, R)
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM)
- Experience with advanced statistical analysis techniques
