Salary Range: $73,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct process analysis, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve output and quality.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other analytical tools to monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and R&D, to implement new processes and products.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and provide technical support to production teams.
• Evaluate and recommend new equipment, technologies, and materials to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
• Ensure processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards and regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and statistical analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of process control systems, instrumentation, and data acquisition.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software
• Familiarity with SQL or other database querying languages
• Project management experience in a manufacturing setting
