SUMMARY:
Client is looking for 10+ experienced System Administrator to manage and secure our digital workspace, with a primary focus on administering our Google Workspace ecosystem.
This role combines high-level SaaS administration with core IT operations, ensuring the health, security, and efficiency of our environment.
Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms is highly valued as we maintain and secure our endpoint fleet.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Google Workspace Administration (Primary): Manage the complete Google Workspace ecosystem, including mail routing policies, email gateways, identity management, and troubleshooting complex mail flow issues. Leverage knowledge of Google Cloud Platform to support cloud-based applications.
Automation & Scripting: Utilize GAM (Google Apps Manager) and scripting languages (PowerShell, Shell, Python) to automate routine administrative tasks, reporting, and IT operations.
Desktop Engineering & IT Operations: Provide in-depth engineering support for Windows, macOS, and ChromeOS, including patching, image management, hardware repair, and core network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). Assist to position environment from a relatively small deployment of ChromeOS to much larger populations (from less than 50 to 1000),
Endpoint Security: Manage endpoint protection (AntivirEDR), enforce disk encryption (BitLocker, File Vault), and ensure rapid security patching across the fleet.
Device Management (MDM): Assist in deploying, configuring, and ensuring compliance across company devices using MDM/UEM tools.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
