StaffRight Associates is excited to partner with a premier client to identify a skilled Product Manager to join their growing team. This is a direct-hire role with a strong preference for candidates who can work in a hybrid capacity out of Orlando, FL. While we are open to remote applicants, please note that regular domestic and international travel is a core requirement of the position.

The Role:
As a Product Manager, you will spearhead the development and optimization of internal B2B products. Your primary objective is to drive operational excellence through automation, system integration, and streamlined workflows. You aren't just managing a backlog; you are a strategic partner determining the best path forward based on scalability, cost, and long-term business value.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Ownership: Direct the lifecycle of multiple internal platforms, focusing on increasing efficiency across various departments.
Strategic Planning: Convert complex business challenges into actionable roadmaps, major initiatives ("boulders"), and granular user stories.
Execution & Delivery: Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira to organize delivery cycles, manage dependencies, and mitigate project risks.
Data-Driven Leadership: Leverage Power BI and existing analytics to justify prioritization decisions and report on product health to leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with engineering teams to ensure technical readiness and minimize ambiguity before development begins.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between technical teams and executive leadership, clearly articulating trade-offs, timelines, and project outcomes.
What We re Looking For:

Qualifications:
Experience: 3 to 5 years of dedicated Product Management experience, specifically within a B2B or internal-facing environment.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Jira/ADO and a strong comfort level interpreting data within Power BI.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; you must be able to explain the "why" behind the "what" to diverse global teams.
Documentation: A proven track record of writing crystal-clear user stories and unambiguous acceptance criteria.
Mindset: A self-starter who moves projects forward with minimal supervision, handles conflict with high emotional intelligence, and prioritizes collective success over individual accolades.
Travel: Fully prepared and eligible for both domestic and international travel.
