Experience

7+ years of experience in technical project or program management.

Proven track record delivering medium to large scale technology initiatives.

Experience managing projects involving software development, cloud, infrastructure, data, or integrations.

Technical Acumen

Strong understanding of:

Software development lifecycles

Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)

APIs, integrations, and distributed systems (at a conceptual level)

Comfortable working with engineers, architects, and platform teams.

Delivery Methodologies & Tools

Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and traditional project delivery models.

Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet, Confluence, etc.).

Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing multi-workstream or enterprise transformation programs.

Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, data platforms, or cybersecurity initiatives.

PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Scrum certifications.

Experience working in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, government).
