Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale transformational technology program supporting Supply Chain and Process Intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing cross-functional enterprise programs, executive stakeholder communication, governance management, financial forecasting, and strategic roadmap execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead enterprise program strategy, governance, and roadmap execution
Communicate program updates, risks, forecasts, and recommendations to senior leadership
Prepare and present executive-level reports and governance updates
Coordinate steering committee meetings, strategy discussions, and program reviews
Maintain program artifacts including roadmap, RAID logs, RACI matrix, and process documentation
Manage vendor relationships, licensing discussions, and external partner coordination
Oversee resource planning, staffing alignment, and delivery management
Collaborate with business units, IT, cybersecurity, finance, and leadership teams
Track KPIs, program health metrics, and recommend corrective actions

Required Skills:
7+ years of Program/Project Management experience
Strong experience managing enterprise-level cross-functional technology programs
Experience communicating with senior leadership and executive stakeholders
Strong financial management experience including EAC, forecasting, and reporting
Experience managing governance forums, risks, escalations, and executive reporting
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
Bachelor s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred

Preferred Skills:
Experience with Process Intelligence or Process Mining programs
Supply Chain and Procurement domain experience preferred
Experience managing co-source or blended delivery teams
Experience with enterprise operating models and support strategies
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Quick learner with ability to manage complex enterprise environments
