Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Execution Consultant for a contract to hire opportunity with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ or Charlotte, NC. This role is responsible for the governance of hardware and software products that are approaching or have surpassed end of support (EoS). The ideal candidate will leverage ServiceNow and data analytics to identify potential issues, partner with Product Owners and technology teams to ensure remediation plans are in place, and develop executive-level reporting on progress and risks.
Responsibilities: - Ensure supporting EoS ServiceNow functionality operates as expected and manage enhancements
- Create, prioritize, and clarify user stories for development teams
- Perform testing and validation on new functionality
- Leverage ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) data and Power BI to identify potential issues
- Partner with Product Owners and technology teams to ensure remediation plans are in place and progressing
- Actively follow up on at-risk items to drive accountability and timely resolution
- Escalate issues where remediation progress does not align with policy or risk expectations
- Develop clear, concise materials to support executive, risk committee, and governance reporting
Requirements: - 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
- Proven experience writing user stories, participating in scrum routines, and testing
- Strong data analytics background and experience with data-related projects
- Experience managing policy governance
- Strong collaboration, partnership, and communication skills
- Ability to represent complex data in an executive presentation format
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Experience with tools such as SQL, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, JIRA, Confluence, and Visio
Pay range: $51.09 - $59.09 per hour
