Salary Range: $76,000 - $113,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Grandville that are seeking Test Engineers. Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans for new manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Identify, document, and track defects found during testing.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for recurring manufacturing tests.
• Analyze test data to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
• Perform root cause analysis on production failures to inform future test strategies.
• Create and maintain detailed test reports and documentation.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in test engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing automated test systems using scripting languages (e.g., Python, LabVIEW) and test executive software.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and root cause analysis techniques.
• Experience with various test methodologies and equipment, including functional, in-circuit, and environmental testing.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with a variety of test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, environmental chambers).
• Familiarity with data acquisition and analysis tools (e.g., LabVIEW, Python, R).
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
• Understanding of embedded systems and firmware testing.
• Experience with automation scripting or development for test execution.
