Salary Range: $75,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Byron Center that are seeking Test Engineers. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute test plans for manufacturing processes and products.
  • Develop and implement automated test scripts and frameworks.
  • Analyze test data, identify trends, and report defects to development teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testable requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Configure and maintain test environments, including hardware and software.
  • Perform root cause analysis of failures and recommend corrective actions.
  • Document test procedures, results, and defect reports accurately.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in test engineering within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Strong understanding of data acquisition systems, sensor technologies, and industrial automation.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, LabVIEW, or C++ for test automation.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC).
