Pay Range: $48 - $50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and refine business, functional, and data requirements
- Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and detailed requirement documentation
- Partner with business partners, commercial, analytics, operations, and technical teams to support platform enhancements
- Support data analysis related to patient engagement, enrollment, communication, and campaign performance
- Help improve workflow efficiency and business process consistency
- Support testing, defect resolution, and validation of delivered solutions, including requirements traceability, QA/UAT planning, and defect triage
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting SFMC data platform, CRM, or marketing technology solutions
- Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Familiarity with consumer engagement, enrollment, or campaign operations
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation, testing, and stakeholder management
- Ability to work across business and technical teams in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business processes and data needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail orientation
- Clear and complete requirements gathering and documentation
- Strong business and technical SDLC, SFMC platform knowledge
