We are looking for an experienced SAP IS Retail Analyst with strong SAP CAR expertise to join our team. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design functional and technical solutions, and lead implementations across SAP IS-Retail and CAR modules.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with POSDTA, OAA, OPP, POS integration, and end-to-end retail processes including pricing, promotions, payments, reconciliation, and order-to-cash. You will drive workshops, perform MAP-GAP analysis, configure and customize SAP CAR, support integrations, and guide development and testing teams throughout the project lifecycle.
This role requires strong ownership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in Agile environments, manage multiple priorities, and proactively propose system and process improvements. Experience with SLT, HANA, Fiori, ABAP, cloud architectures, and omnichannel scenarios (BOPIS, in-commerce orders) is a plus.
Qualifications:

Strong experience in SAP IS Retail and SAP CAR (POSDTA, OAA, OPP)

Deep understanding of POS integration, PIPE inbound, Tlog mapping, and IDoc/RFC troubleshooting

Knowledge of retail pricing, promotions, payments, and financial reconciliation

Bachelor s degree in a relevant technical field; SAP certifications preferred
