Role Overview:We are seeking a hands-on Developer - Full Stack Associate to join a fast-paced, highly technical environment where you'll contribute directly to the design, development, and support of enterprise applications. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated developer who enjoys working across the full stack, collaborating closely with technical teams, and growing into a long-term role through a contract-to-hire pathway.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, test, and support Java/J2EE applications in a production environment
- Build and enhance user interfaces using Angular and JavaScript
- Leverage SQL and relational databases to support application functionality and performance
- Participate in CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a strong customer-focused mindset
- Contribute to automated testing efforts using Selenium and/or Cypress
- Apply object-oriented analysis and design principles to scalable solutions
- Support enterprise and distributed systems while adapting to shifting priorities and timelines
Qualifications:- 3+ years of experience in Information Technology
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, SQL, and Angular
- Experience with Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, AWS, relational databases, and GitHub Copilot
- Exposure to CI/CD frameworks, Apigee, Autosys, and shell scripting
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium and/or Cypress
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex production issues
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team-based environment
- Experience designing and supporting enterprise or distributed systems preferred
Compensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $40.00 and $48.15 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
