• Lead Agile delivery for Salesforce programs while managing product ownership responsibilities.
• Own and manage the Salesforce product backlog aligned with business objectives.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and release plans across Salesforce platforms.
• Translate business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize backlog items to maximize business value and manage trade-offs.
• Collaborate with architects and technical teams to validate solution feasibility.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile principles and drive continuous improvement practices.
• Remove impediments, manage risks, and ensure smooth delivery execution.
• Track Agile metrics such as velocity and progress reporting.
• Act as a key liaison between stakeholders, product teams, and delivery teams.
• Ensure alignment with governance, security, and quality standards.
• Support UAT planning, execution, and release sign-off processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for production readiness and post-go-live support.

Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years of overall IT experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner and/or Scrum Master.
• Experience working with Salesforce platforms such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience managing enterprise stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.
• Understanding of enterprise delivery and governance frameworks.

Qualification And Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Salesforce and Scrum certifications are preferred.
