Job Description:
Infor CloudSuite Administrator
Duration: 6 month contract to hire
Location: Remote, with the ability to come onsite for team days, generally 1x/quarter (Philadelphia, PA)
Candidates must be able to work without sponsorship both now and in the future.
There are no C2C or 1099 options for this role.
Our higher education client is looking for an Infor CloudSuite FSM Administrator to lead administration efforts, improve processes, and guide and mentor less skilled members of the team.

- Experience in multi-tenant cloud-based system
- Eye for automation to replace manual tasks that the current team do
Duties
- Day-today administration
- Async administration
- ION administration
- Effective dated request maintenance
- User administration
- Security build/maintenance, including UI Access Control
- They have a lot of custom roles left over from their GHR and FSM go-lives. The custom roles are copies of standard roles with minor tweaks.
- Both coding and UI Access Control
- API administration
- Administration and configuration
- Technical troubleshooting is nice to have, but it's mostly covered by a Developer
- Design and Implement API monitoring/controls
- Administration Console maintenance
- Process Server administration
- (added plus) WFM administration
- Upskill team members/teach CloudSuite Administration
