Lead AI & Workflow Platforms Engineer will architect, design, and deliver an enterprise-scale servicing and workflow automation platform. The role consults on complex, high-impact initiatives, driving engineering excellence across distributed systems and AI-driven workflows. The engineer will lead end-to-end architecture and development, build scalable APIs and services, implement workflow orchestration and task-based processing, and ensure solutions meet enterprise security, compliance, and scalability standards. agentic AI,
MongoDB/NoSQL,
asynchronous APIs,
workflow engines, and
queueing (Kafka), with strong Agile leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end
architecture, design, and development of platform components and services.
Build
scalable APIs, microservices, and
workflow-driven solutions; implement orchestration and task models.
Design and deliver
agentic AI capabilities using
Python, LangChain, and LangGraph; integrate with enterprise systems.
Define and uphold engineering discipline, architectural standards, testing strategy, and code quality.
Review designs, code, integration patterns, and quality practices; drive production readiness.
Implement
asynchronous patterns,
queueing (Kafka), and workflow engines; manage
MongoDB/NoSQL data models.
Operate in cloud-native environments (containers, CI/CD, observability) with enterprise security/compliance.
Collaborate with product, operations, and architecture teams; mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
Lead Agile delivery practices: estimation, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and outcome-driven execution.
