Pay Rate:$69 - $74
Top Requirements:5+ years Software Engineering experience (10+ years total, Lead level).Advanced Python, LangChain, LangGraph expertise.Hands-on delivery of production-grade agentic AI systems (at least one).Strong backend engineering + distributed systems + microservices architecture.Experience with MongoDB/NoSQL, asynchronous APIs, workflow engines, and queueing (Kafka/MCP).Plusses:Experience with Google ADK (Agent Developer Kit).Broader AI system patterns and LLM orchestration experience.Familiarity with banking/financial services (KYC, onboarding, servicing).Job Summary:In this contingent assignment, the Lead Software Engineer will consult on and drive complex, high-impact initiatives across AI-driven workflow automation and enterprise servicing platforms. The role involves architecting and developing distributed systems, scalable services, workflow orchestration, and production-grade agentic AI solutions. The engineer will mentor team members, uphold architectural and engineering discipline, and collaborate strategically across product, operations, and architecture teams. This position requires deep hands-on expertise in Python, LangChain, LangGraph, NoSQL, asynchronous APIs, distributed systems, and secure cloud-native delivery.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end architecture, system design, and delivery of AI-driven workflow automation components.
Build scalable APIs, backend services, microservices architectures, and workflow-driven solutions.
Develop production-grade
agentic AI using Python, LangChain, LangGraph, and orchestration frameworks.
Review design documents, integration patterns, code quality, and engineering best practices.
Implement workflow orchestration and task-based models for enterprise servicing operations.
Collaborate with product, operations, and architecture teams to align technical strategy.
Provide technical leadership in Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, estimation, and sprint planning.
Utilize MongoDB/NoSQL, asynchronous messaging, Kafka/queueing, and workflow engines.
Support cloud-native deployment (container orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, observability).
Ensure enterprise-grade security, compliance, and scalability requirements are met.
