Top Requirements:5+ years Specialty/Software Engineering experience (10+ years total engineering, lead level).Advanced Python, LangChain, and LangGraph expertise.Hands-on experience delivering at least one production-grade agentic AI system.Strong backend engineering + distributed systems architecture.Experience with MongoDB/NoSQL, asynchronous APIs, workflow engines, and queueing systems (Kafka/MCP).Plusses:Experience with Google ADK (Agent Developer Kit).Familiarity with financial services domains (KYC, onboarding, servicing).Broader experience with LLM orchestration and workflow automation platforms.Job Summary:In this contingent Software Engineering assignment, the Lead Software Engineer will drive complex, enterprise-scale initiatives focused on AI-driven workflow automation. The role consults on and contributes to large-scale architectural planning and analysis of multi-faceted software engineering challenges. This position requires deep expertise in backend engineering, distributed systems, microservices architectures, and production-grade agentic AI workflows using Python, LangChain, and LangGraph.
The engineer will mentor junior and mid-level engineers, uphold engineering discipline and code quality, and deliver scalable APIs, services, workflow orchestration, and automation components. The role requires strong collaboration with product, operations, and architecture teams while ensuring solutions meet enterprise-grade security, compliance, and performance requirements.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Lead architecture, design, and end-to-end delivery of AI-driven servicing and workflow automation platform components.
Develop scalable backend services, APIs, microservices, and workflow-driven systems.
Build and deploy
agentic AI capabilities using Python, LangChain, LangGraph, and advanced LLM orchestration patterns.
Implement workflow orchestration, task-based processing, and distributed system designs.
Review and refine application designs, integration patterns, coding standards, and quality practices.
Collaborate with product, operations, and enterprise architecture teams on solution direction.
Guide Agile ceremonies, provide technical leadership, and drive predictable delivery.
Work with MongoDB/NoSQL, asynchronous APIs, Kafka/queueing systems, and workflow engines.
Support cloud-native delivery, CI/CD, containerized environments, and system observability.
Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, compliance, and scalability standards.
